Every finished piece is inspected and comes with a Type-A natural jadeite certificate issued by an independent gemological laboratory, stating that the stone is untreated natural jadeite. The certificate number matches the piece and is included with your delivery.

Type-A is natural jadeite with no chemical treatment — the only kind we sell. Type-B has been acid-washed and polymer-impregnated to improve clarity; Type-C has been dyed. Both B and C are excluded from our collection entirely.

Yes. We photograph each piece individually in daylight-balanced conditions and describe colour and texture honestly. If a piece differs from its description on arrival, the 7-day viewing period covers you.

Of course. Send us a message through the contact page and we will gladly share more photos, video in natural light, weight and measurements for the piece you are considering.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout. For larger or custom orders we can also arrange a bank transfer or an assisted payment flow — just contact us.

Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked, fully insured express delivery. Insurance is included in the shipping cost, so your piece is covered from our studio until it reaches you.

Dispatch usually happens within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to most destinations, depending on customs and your local carrier.

Duties and taxes are set by your country’s customs and are the buyer’s responsibility. We declare the shipment accurately and include all commercial documentation needed for clearance.

The listed price is our final online price. For serious enquiries about a specific piece, uncut material, or wholesale, please contact us — we are happy to discuss.

We offer a 7-day viewing period from the day your order arrives. If the piece is not what you expected, contact us within that window and we will guide you through a full refund (the piece must be returned unused with its certificate and packaging).

Every shipment is insured. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and contents and message us within 48 hours — we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Yes. We offer free care advice for life, and can help with re-polishing, re-stringing bead strands, or resizing services for your piece at a reasonable cost.

Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and plain water. Avoid harsh detergents, ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with fine carving, and prolonged sun or heat. Detailed care steps are in the Jadeite Guide.

Jadeite is tough, but not unbreakable. Daily wear is fine; just protect it from hard knocks, and remove it before sports, gardening or heavy work.
